Games Night Out: Papercutting

The President’s Office for Social Justice along with Student Organizations will host a “Games Night Out” during Spring Diversity Days on campus April 6. This event would be held in the Mountaineer Room from 5 to 7pm.

The idea for the “games” event is for international students to bring a board game that is played in your native country.

Our game from CSSA will be papercutting. Jian zhi, or 剪紙, is a traditional style of papercutting in China. Jian zhi has been practiced in China since at least the 6th century A.D.. You can find more useful information about papercutting on WIKI

You are quite welcome to join us whenever you are good at it or just interested in it.
